High productive grinding. 

All-welded housing made of sheet metal with thickness from 8 to 16 mm carries high loads.

Large screen surface. Power panel with soft-starter. Removal fettling of the milling chamber. Screen change without the mill stop.

Control of milling chamber and bearing temperature. Rated output: 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60 tph


Paddle mixer

High-homogeneous mixing.Optimal configuration of the mixing housing.

Unloading bottom along the whole length of the bin secures rapid discharge of the product without residues.

Pneumatic seals exclude spilling. Manufactured from carbon and stainless steel. Liquid component addition up to 7%.

Nominal volume from 100 to 10 000 liter. 


Long term conditioner

Hydrothermal treatment of the product.

High feed hygiene. Steaming, decontamination and improvement of nutritional properties of the product.

Heat treatment from 60 to 240 sec. Useful vitamins and enzymes retention. Bacteria and harmful germs killing.

Fat addition up to 6% without pellet durability losses. Automatic temperature control. Reliable and safe operation.


Pellet mill

Pelletizing of feed, husk, extraction cake, oilcake, bran. High quality of pellets.

Pre-start heating of the conditioning line and pelletizing chamber. Rapid change of the die.

Automatic load control of the main motors. Disinfection of the product flow route. Automatic lubrication system of bearing units.

Machine hours record for service running. Rated output: 5, 10, 20, 30, 40 tph.


Counter-flow cooler

Cooling of pelletized and heat treated loose product.

Multipurpose cooler with rotary unloading system. High level of hygiene. Trouble-free operation of the unloading system.

Even distribution along the whole length of the cooler. Use of stainless steel and thermo-insulating coating in the top part of the cooler.

Rated output: 5, 10, 15, 20, 30 tph. 


Finish spraying system

Even spraying of the exact amount of fats, vitamins, enzymes, and vegetable oil on middlings and pellets after the product heat treatment.

Construction excludes the product sticking in the chamber. Regulation of flow and inclusion rate of liquids.

Possibility to add whole grains to pellets. Integral mixing and filtration of liquids. Rated output: 15, 30 tph.  


Vibrating screen

Classification and cleaning of bulk materials. Even distribution along the whole length of the screen.

Special construction allows minimizing operational delays because of screen change.

Linear trajectory of vibration, providing exact screen sizing. Quick-removal locks and easy access to parts.

Screen surface area: from 1.3 to 3.4 m3. Manufactured from carbon steel.  


Bucket elevator

Bulk product transportation. Assured productivity.

Rubber-coated drive pulley. The belt drive does not allow the belt slippage. Fettling in the unloading area.

Self-cleaning movable pulley. Variable speed for different products. Low belt stretching.  Built-in local filter for aspiration.

Rated output: 5, 20, 50, 100, 175, 330, 400, 500, 650, 800 tph with density of 750 kg/m3.  


Drag conveyor

Transportation horizontally or with a slight inclination in the closed dust-proof system.

Very high breaking strength of the chain. Shock-free smooth motion of the chain with polymeric drags.

Self-cleaning of the transportation area. Possibility of the conveyor advancing in length and drive capacity increase.

Rated output: 50, 100, 175, 300, 400, 600, 800 tph with density of 750 kg/m3.   


Screw conveyor

Transportation and dosing of product. Wide range of application. High capacity.

Seamless spiral which excludes product adhesion. Dust-proof casing. Simple maintenance.

Low power consumption. Manufactured from carbon and stainless steel.

Rated output: 3.5-125 tph with density of 750 kg/m3.     


Manual unloading system

Bulk product unloading. Built-in aspiration with automatic cleaning of filtering elements.

Screening system excludes foreign particulates entry.

Large loading door provides comfortable operation and high capacity.

Easy access for cleaning. Two variants: stationary and movable.   


Local filter

Reduction of dangerous dust concentration inside the equipment. An alternative to the central aspiration system.

Simple and compact construction.  Automatic cleaning system of the filter elements.

Saving of room space. Continuous efficient operation. Casing version is suitable for installation on elevators, drag conveyors, bins.
